Liu Dongming

He was called “Liu Er”, also known as “the little folk hero”. His music most of the time is rough, sometimes sad, full of mockery and tease. In a word, his songs are very much pleasant. His album released in 2009 “Based on a true story” won the Best New Artist prize of Asia Media. Another album “Da Di Mi Zang” won the Best Folk Album Prize of Douban Abilu Music Award, Best lyrics of Bi An Hua Kai Chinese Folk Award, Social Consciousness Award. Early in 2016, he signed with Treemusic and published his new album “Songs newly written”.
