Under Baby

Under Baby was the very first Chinese Punk Band signed with Magic Rocks Culture of Rolling Stones Taiwan since Tangchao and Magic Rocks Heroes. In 1996, Under Baby published their first song “all the same” in “China Fire 2”. Their raw and rough sound of punk music did impress the world of Chinese rock music. Later their new songs “awake” and “seed” were released in the album “China Fire 3”. In 1998, they published their first album “awake”, and the album was quite a hit to the Chinese young people. In 2012, Under Baby signed with TreeMusic. They said that they’ve made a change after years of polishing. Now they hope to use new music ideas and calm thoughts to express new questions and answers. They came back to the stage with the EP “change” in 2013. If Under Baby used to be desperate, depressed and rough like the combination of red and black, their music color now would be pure and glowing. The flowing guitar sound and flexible drumbeat even add in freehand ink like the traditional Chinese mountain and river portraits, and they even add in the feel of “zen” to the music scene.
